Emma Moseley - lyrics, vocals, acoustic guitar
Bobby Turner, Jr. - drums, electric guitar

The St. Augustine, Florida natives formed
The Southern Wailers in their mid teens and promptly
played more than a hundred shows in a five month run.
Emma's drawly vocals are surrounded by her big
Gibson acoustic strumming while Bobby fills
melodies and blistering leads on his Fender Telecaster.
Live performances focus on Emma's original songs
with a handful of covers by influences like
Lucinda Williams, Lucero, and Sublime.

The Southern Wailers have performed predominantly
in North Florida and South Georgia. The have also
appeared in Atlanta and Nashville and recently recorded
a collection of songs for Just Breathe Records
in St. Augustine. At an age when their peers are waking
to a world outside of high school, Emma and Bobby
have become comfortable in the studio and at
home in front of an audience.

"Just because it's got a drawl,
don't mean it's your Papa's country. "

Emma Moseley, 20, got a guitar for Christmas
at the age of thirteen.  Her songwriting began after
learning her first few chords.  A couple of years later
Emma was already accustomed to playing bar rooms,
restaurants, or any other location that would
give her time and a place.

Bobby Turner, Jr., 19, was surrounded by music
and its players from birth.  His father plays drums
professionally and working musicians were around
the house since Bobby was in a crib. He is naturally
gifted on the drums, guitar, and bass.
